Q: How long does it take to get to my door?
A: Depending on your location it can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. We will have your order packed and ready to go once your final payment has been made within 3 working days.
Q: Can I place orders?
A: Yes we can make products from our range for you. Please email your request and allow 3-4 weeks for production depending on the details of the order.
Q: How much will it cost for domestic orders?
A: We have a flat rate of $10 per item for regular mail with Australia Post. However if your order is $130 or more we will ship for free. This does not include sign on delivery or insurance.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes we do, just let us know your mailing address so we can give you a quote.
Q: What if the ceramics arrive damaged?
A: We wrap and package our products very carefully with protective papers and plastics. The last thing we want is for you to unwrap a broken item that we have made with love. ttmade cannot take responsibility for poor handling, lost, stolen or broken parcels not sent via registered and/or insured post up to the total value. Please note to avoid the risk, it is advised that you take on insurance with your postage costs. These can be arranged by contacting us before placing an order. We will provide you with a quote.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use a variety of clays depending on the form we are making. For our vases we predominantly use a fine porcelain clay. For our platter we tend to use a stoneware or ironstone clay with coated in a porcelain slip. Our more textured earthy pieces are made using white raku, this clay has a much grittier feel but with a depth and warmth that is very tactile.
Q: How do I wash and care for my ttmade ceramics?
A: All our pieces are fired to 1300 degrees making them very durable and predominantly dishwasher safe. We believe that our vessels should be used in your daily life and as such need to be both practical and beautiful.
Q: Do we sell wholesale?
A: Yes we do, but in our early stages we are limiting our wholesale orders to a minimum per year. Please contact us for enquiries.
Q: There’s nothing in the online shop, where and when can I buy?
